Champions school
A cycle race born back in 1923 with the victory of Alfonso Piccin, but in the roll of honour we can find athletes that have written the history of the national (and also international) cycling.
The cycling association U.C. Vittorio Veneto (6 successes) and Zalf Euromobil Fior (9 achievement) distinguished for their performance .
Riccato, Segato, Flavio Martini, Bonan, Brunello, Zanchetta: these are the cyclist that have won more than once the race. The exploits of Gianni Giacomini in 1980, Maurizio Fondriest in 1986 and Ivan Gotti in 1990 will remain unforgettable: they all would have become stars of the international cycling survey.
A prestigious race, so, that has always act as a launching pad for future champions.
